My colleagues and I stayed here after a staff party. We checked in pretty late and requested rooms on the same floor. The night team, Somia, Faisal, and Nirav were absolutely delightful and provided us with complimentary upgrades as gold members! The next morning at breakfast Simona, Linda Sharif, and Francesca were so amazing, making sure we had everything we needed! A special shout out to the chefs, Rosa and Junior for cooking such a delicious breakfast! At checkout Lubna, Rhea, Nadia, and Sukeina made sure to check we had a good stay and recommend a great neighbourhood spot for coffee! Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton London - Tower of London a couple of times now when visiting London, the hotel is usually one of the most reasonably priced Hilton hotels in the city, while offering good service and room quality in a great location, right by the Tower of London and Tower Hill Tube Station. I was treated well as a Gold Hilton Honors member here and was granted a room upgrade as well as Executive Lounge access. The Executive Lounge is pretty good with beer and wine available during happy hour, the canapés selection was limited, though, and no spirits were available, but it was a nice area to relax in. Breakfast here is usually very good, although on my most recent visit, it was so busy with long queues to enter the Breakfast room, I ended up giving up waiting and just went into the Executive Lounge for a coffee, which was a disappointment. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. It felt recently refurbished, and I much prefer the design of the new rooms, compared to the older ones; they feel brighter and more contemporary now. There were plenty of plug sockets, including USB charging. My room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The room size was average for London, a little compact but it never felt too small. The staff also helped take care of me when I became sick during my stay, and a friendly Concierge offered me a carrier bag to put my stained clothes in to avoid staining my suitcase. On an older stay at the hotel, I did enjoy a City Suite, which was spacious and ideal for a longer stay in the city I would return to this hotel, and I had a good time here.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding service. We had a wonderful stay and were treated incredibly well by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Tower Bridge was only a 10-minute walk away, and the connections to the Tube were excellent.

The location is excellent, everything is close and easy to reach. The rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the check-in process. You can register in advance through the app and use a digital key for the room and even for the elevator. It’s very convenient and saves time. The rooftop bar has an amazing view – definitely worth visiting in the evening. Breakfast was something special: great food, good variety, and super service. The staff were friendly and attentive. One small thing that could be improved: some of the walls look like they could use fresh paint. For a hotel under the Hilton brand, the overall look in some areas could be better. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton London - Tower Bridge, and I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had as a family. The team here made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked through the door. The staff truly went over the top, but a special and heartfelt shout-out must go to Uri. Uri was absolutely incredible—genuinely attentive and went so far above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We also want to thank the front desk team for being so welcoming and professional; they set the tone for the entire trip. The level of care continued every morning with the breakfast staff, who were phenomenal. What blew us away was that everyone—from the front desk to the dining room—remembered our son’s name. It’s those small, personal touches that turn a standard stay into an unforgettable one. The team kept checking in on us and proactively brought us everything we needed for the baby before we even had to ask. We felt so looked after and genuinely valued as guests. If you are traveling with a little one and want a stress-free, high-quality stay in London, look no further. This was truly the best hotel experience we’ve had with a baby, and we can’t wait to come back!

Good hotel with friendly staff. Location is in the financial district, so very quiet in the evening and at the weekend. My Executive room was comfortable and well-appointed. Note that best views are limited to suites. The Executive Lounge was disappointing. Breakfast is much superior in the restaurant. Only hot drinks, cola, juice & water are available during the day. Unlimited wine, draught beer & basic canapes are available during Happy Hour 6-8pm, but there is no hot food, nor anything substantial. Overall it could be better and I found it disappointing in comparison to other Hilton hotel lounges.

Rooms, service and location is great. We stayed here for one night due to how close it was to the train station. It was then two lines, with a very quick and easy transfer between the lines, to get to Heathrow. The rooms were large and had a king bed, which is not standard in London. We got it for a good price, about $140. It is usually more expensive than that and I wouldn't pay more to stay there since breakfast isn't included in the price. However, if you have a sizeable budget you cannot beat this place and its location
